Systems Corporation based in
Richmond Canada was forced to close
in February of 2010 due to various
reasons, primarily the
recession.
Some of you may also know that Altermed
Solutions an authorized distributor
of the Mediadoc™ Software "since 2001"
stepped in with the intent of
helping Brican clients with their
support issues. At the time it seemed
possible, but due to the volume of
requests, various legal issues and
Altermed's limited resources they
were unable to continue.
As a result we have created a
company called Cutting Edge Displays
and it is our intent to provide that
much needed support. The founder of Mediadoc Support is
Mike Talarico who was the Chief
Technology Officer for Brican
Systems Corporation and was the
primary driving force behind the
product and the major updates that
were released over the years. Mike
was with Brican Systems Corporation
for over 10 years and knows Mediadoc™
inside and out and will ensure your
support questions are answered
professionally and in a timely
manner.
